    Extra fees may apply for vomit, poop, wee or mould.

    All rates include GST.

  • About 2-4 hours for baby products depending on their condition.

  • Yes we can! We aim to complete car seats on the same day. All other items within 24 hours. If you have a specific timeframe in mind, please let us know and we will do our best to make this happen for you.

    An express fee of $22 may apply.

  • All of our products are natural, chemical free and safe – suitable for sensitive skin and environmentally friendly. We also use essential oils for extra freshness, which are totally optional, as an end-of-clean scent.

  • We are pretty confident you’ll be impressed with the quality of your clean, but if by chance you’re not 100% happy, we’ll take care of it for free.

  • We always complete our steam cleaning in line with the manufacturer’s recommendations. If we have any issues we will let you know, but this is unlikely.

  • This really depends on the type of stain and the material we’re working with, but we’ve got plenty of tricks up our sleeves for the tough ones and have a great success rate with even the most stubborn stains.
